carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

hello everyone! sorry for my long hiatus from baking cos' of my exams!! yay finally it's over and since i am super bored with Singapore I've decided to bake carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting! :D oh i added some lemon peel on top because my mother brought ALOT of lemons back from perth hahaha.
