chocolate cupcakes - dog theme (:

This is chocolate cupcake topped with chocolate ganache frosting. One of the standard cupcakes but slightly more expensive due to the quality of chocolate from the cake, and the ganache on top.

Dog bone themed cupcakes. The designs are kinda an experiment because I have been searching high and low for the dog bone cookie cutter but I found nothing except for this ridiculously expensive set of 6 at this attas store which is seriously inflation to the max.

But I found a dog cookie cutter at home which contributed to the designs (: I kinda like the paw one the most. Though it looks simple but sometimes simplicity is the way to go.

Also, the dogs and that bone are marshmallow fondant, the kind which does not taste like you're eating plastic, yet yummy too. That means it seriously tastes as good as it looks haha!

 Macro version of my cupcakes. These are really made from the heart and I hope the dog owners will be attracted to purchase them!

cupcakes mania for huiyi's 21st!

The Swiss horse has kindly requested for 50 cupcakes as her birthday cake, so the bakers decided to put together 50 customized vanilla cupcakes with a different design for a different individual in her party! These are topped with coloured royal icing.



These are 2/3 of the 50 cupcakes, haha the box is really big but not big enough.





I am very happy when I look at these cupcakes! Thank you Shuyi and Wei Lin for making this possible!! Haha i love that face man it's pretty ugly no?

simple cupcakes for the simple man

These are chocolate cupcakes with maltesers and hersheys chocolate toppings. This is for Qishan who hates uber sweet frosting but a sweet tooth for chocolate!



These are vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with royal icing and a flower each! I particularly loved how royal icing can be so beautifully white!



This was my first baking stint in Germany when I was doing my student exchange! I couldn't find any cupcake tin so I could only make do with weirdly shaped cupcakes due to the flimsy cupcake paper! hahah luckily it tasted yummy otherwise it would be an epic failure.
